Does it work without the internet?

Ryzera Desktop works fully offline on your shop's PC. Ryzera Cloud runs in the browser and needs an internet connection.

Is Ryzera POS in Sinhala?

The till and back-office screens are in Sinhala and English. The receipt language is set separately, so you can print Sinhala or English receipts.

What do I need to install Ryzera Desktop?

A Windows PC. PostgreSQL 17 is installed separately before Ryzera Desktop.

Which receipt printers can I use?

Thermal receipt printers with 58 mm or 80 mm paper.

Can I use Desktop and Cloud together?

They are separate setups with their own data. Choose the one that fits your shop.
