At the till
Ring up a sale without slowing the queue.
Scan, weigh, pick the customer and take the money. The cashier stays on the keyboard.
Scan to add
Scanner Ready sits at the top of the till. Scan a barcode and the item drops into the cart.
F12 to check out
F12 opens checkout when the cart has items, and F12 again completes the payment.

Record an expiry date per batch and see the nearest expiry on the stock line.

Every stock line carries its status, and the inventory report lists what needs attention.
Move a batch between locations
Shift stock between storage locations in the same branch; the cost and the batch identity stay with it.
Ryzera shows you what is expiring. It does not block a sale from an expired batch.
Barcode labels
Print the label, scan it at the till.
Items without a supplier barcode get one of yours, printed on the stock you already buy.

Print on label rolls, including multi-up rolls, or on A4 label sheets.

Customer credit
Give a customer a credit limit and sell on account. The till shows what is outstanding and what is left, and the customers report lists the balances.

The profit and loss report works from the batch cost captured at the time of each sale.

About these features.
Are all of these features on both Desktop and Cloud?
The till, stock, labels, prices, receipts, returns, credit, reports and roles are the same in both. Offline operation and the cash drawer through the printer are Desktop; several businesses on one account, invitations and terminal pairing are Cloud.
Does Ryzera stop me selling expired stock?
No. Ryzera records an expiry date per batch and shows you what is expiring or expired, but it does not block the sale.
Are these screens in Sinhala?
The till and back-office screens are in Sinhala and English. The receipt language is set separately, so you can print Sinhala or English receipts.
What hardware do these features need?
A barcode scanner, a 58 mm or 80 mm thermal receipt printer, a label printer for barcode labels, and a cash drawer that opens through the receipt printer.
